Q: How do I know if my child's shoe fits right?

A: For length, pinch flat about a thumb’s width of material from the longest toe to the front of the shoe (about 3/8 inch to 1/2 inch). The toes should all be lying flat and there should be wiggle room.

For width, you should be able to pinch just a little upper material. If the shoe feels tight and widths aren’t available, order a 1/2 size larger. After your child has worn the shoe for a bit, check for severe redness. This could mean the shoe is too tight.

Always be sure to measure both feet; many children have feet of different sizes. If that’s the case with your child, purchase shoes in the larger of the two sizes.

A: Growth spurts are common in children — they grow at their own pace. To ensure the best fit, we strongly recommend you measure your child every time you order.

Q: How long should I expect my child's shoes to last?

A: On average, a child’s shoe will last about two to three months based on normal wear.

Q: The shoes we received were too big or small. What should we do?

A: A perfect fit is our promise to you. If the item(s) you ordered don’t fit, we’ll happily exchange them or give you a refund for up to 30 days. A: Even children’s shoes sometimes need to be broken in. Please allow your child the appropriate opportunity to properly break in his new shoes. At the same time, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so if you feel the problem may be an incorrect fit, please return the item(s) within 30 days and we’ll happily exchange it for another size or give you a refund. Q: Are all your items machine washable?

A: Most of our clothing items are machine washable, however, if the apparel you purchase does not have washing instructions, we recommend spot cleaning. Follow the washing instructions included. Do not wash shoes.

Q: If my child's height is in one size range but their weight is in a different size range, what size should I get?

A: Order the larger of the two sizes.

Q: Do I go up to the next size if my child's height is on the border between two sizes?

A: Yes.

Q: Will the item(s) I order shrink? Do I need to size up in order to prevent shrinkage?
