How it works...
How does it work?
The process is fast, easy and free! Most orders will be available within 24 hours for pickup in store and only take three easy steps:
Choose the “buy & pickup in store” option on our product page either using our website or app.
- Check your inbox
We’ll send an a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup during store hours.
When you arrive at the store, one of our Team Members will be there to help you complete the process, grab your order and go!
Please bring the following:
- A valid photo ID (like a driver's license or passport)
- Your “pickup is ready” confirmation email (show on a mobile phone)
When will my order be ready?
Most orders will be available within 24 hours for pick up. But store hours and the holidays may impact the pickup date.
We also may need more time to complete your order as some items will need to be shipped to your store. That means those items will be available for pick up within 5-6 business days.
In all cases, please follow these steps before visiting us:
- Wait for the pickup notification email
- Check our store directory for the adjusted hours
How will I know my order is ready for pick up?
We'll send you a "pickup is ready" confirmation email usually within 24 hours. Once you get the email, you can pick up your order during store hours.1
1If your item goes out of stock as we process your order, then we'll send an email to let you know.

Order Pickup Stations
We set up dedicated pickup stations at in select stores so you can get your items quickly and safely. Just complete your “buy online, pickup in store” order as normal.
When you arrive at the store, look for the pickup station. One of our Team Members will be there to complete the process.
If your store doesn’t have a dedicated pickup station, one of our Team Members will be there to help you grab your order and go.
Curbside pickup for Los Angeles and New York shoppers
We’ve set up curbside pickup stations at select New York and Los Angeles-area stores so you can get your items quickly and safely. Just complete your “buy online, pickup in store” order as normal.
When you arrive at the store, look for the pickup station. Don’t worry, we’ll have plenty of signs to guide you. One of our Team Members will be there to complete the process.
What happens if my item is not currently in stock at my store?
You can ship the item to your store. We'll email you when your item is ready for pick up.
Changed your mind? Choose instead to have your item shipped at checkout.

Can someone else pick up my order?
Not at this moment, but soon. For now, only the customer who bought the item may pick up the order.
How long will you hold my order?
Your order will be held for up to a week. In the meantime, you'll receive:
• a reminder email after 2 days
• a final reminder email after 6 days
If we don’t hear from you after a week, then we'll mail your order to the billing address used during checkout.
What items are excluded from store pickup?
Items packaged and shipped by our partners (often called "drop shipments"), items with additional shipping charges, gift cards and customized/personalized products.
What methods of payment do you accept for store pickup orders?
We only accept credit cards or gift cards. All orders are subject to complete verification.
