You do not transfer ownership of your tweet by responding to our request for use of your tweet. However, by tagging a tweet with @footlocker and #ForTheLove you: (a) irrevocably grant Foot Locker, its agents, licensees, and assigns the unconditional and perpetual (non-exclusive) right and permission to copyright, reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, modify, creative derivative works of, exhibit, and otherwise use your tweet as-is or as-edited (with or without using your name) in any media through the world for any purpose, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation, or approval from you or any other party; (b) unconditionally and irrevocably forever waive any rights of copyrights, trademark rights, privacy rights, and any other legal or moral rights that may preclude Foot Locker’s use of your tweet, or require any further permission for Foot Locker to use the tweet; and (c) agree not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuit against Foot Locker on the grounds that any use of the tweet, or an derivative works, infringes any of your rights as creator of the tweet, including, without limitation, copyrights, trademark rights, and moral rights.
