Michael Jordan is the biggest name in signature basketball gear, ever since his Black/Red Air Jordan first hit the courts in 1985. MJ may have retired in 2003, but his Air Jordan line has continued well into the 30s as it keeps pushing the boundaries of style and high-tech performance. 

Jordan Retros honor the iconic silhouettes that took the sneaker world by storm from the late 1980s all through the ’90s. The Retro 4 features the hardened lace lock and mesh ventilation panel at the midfoot, and the Retro 5 offers a shark-tooth visual that drew inspiration from a World War II fighter plane.

But MJ wasn’t the only basketball legend to grace signature sneakers. Anfernee “Penny” Hardaway made the Nike Foamposite line famous with its polyurethane shell that was designed to form with the heat of your foot. The Nike Little Posite and Little Posite One revive that futuristic look.

adidas gets into the signature game with one of the most prolific shooters in the game, James Harden, and his exclusive adidas Harden line. 

Former Rookie of the Year Damian Lillard has his own adidas look, too, with the adidas Dame series. 

And the adidas D.O.N. Issue 1 debuts as the first signature kick for Utah guard Donovan Mitchell.

Under Armour outfits the most dangerous long-range player in the game, Stephen Curry, and the Under Armour Curry signature series.
